Basic Sciences

Overview

The Basic Sciences Program involves Four (4) Fifteen-week Semesters (Trimesters) of medical science curricula on campus in combination with a variety of courses covering clinical medicine. Students must attend all classes and are evaluated each semester with weekly quizzes supplemented by a major exam written in the USMLE Step 1 format, emphasizing clinical applications and scenarios.
